Hence, most countries allow to start driving at 18 years.

 However, some people believe that minimum age limit to issue driving license should be increased to 25 years because they see driving as a serious affair. Most youngsters get carried away by passion to ride at high speed and lead to serious road accidents. For instance, in a country like India where roads are so shabby and easy to cause vehicle collision, speeding is a common factor for serious fatalities. Therefore, driving should be permitted at age of 25 to ensure safety of citizens.

 In conclusion, I believe from the above discussed points that governments should continue to issue driving license at age of 18 because it is the perfect age to learn driving and teenagers need to have their own transport to enjoy life. However, their intention to drive furiously could be controlled by enforcing strict traffic laws and legislation in place。

 (2)Whilst a number of scientific experts believe the existence of advanced aliens and the necessity of attempting to communicate with them, others are opposed to this notion due to the potential threats these alien creatures may pose to human beings. This essay will initially analyse both ideas, followed by my perspective.

 It is justified that scientists consider it essential to try to contact advanced extra-terrestrials across the galaxy when feeling these life forms exist. One of the reasons for doing so is that human beings can be offered assistance in their current development. In other words, human beings might employ more sophisticated technologies being used by aliens for their own existence. Furthermore, it is a way in which humankind might be able to discover their own future and fate. Successful interaction with aliens will reveal the secrets to their long survival, which may in turn explain that human civilization will exist for much longer than a few hundred years.

 However, it is also true that humanity may be at risk if they expose themselves to alien lives. To commence with, advanced alien life forms may conquer the planet Earth for the sake of protecting themselves. This is because of their uncertainty about the messages received, enabling them to regard human beings as colonists intending to occupy their territories, and then they may launch a pre-emptive attack. Additionally, human beings also know little about alien beings and may not be prepared well enough to receive any replies even if these creatures are not hostile. That is to say, the signals from other planets may contain radioactivity causing damage to all things on earth.

 In conclusion, I believe that both sides of the argument are reasonable. On balance, I firmly argue that unclear evidence of extra-terrestrial civilisations makes it neither possible to communicate with these life forms nor meaningful to worry about the assumed dangers. What scientists ought to do instead is endeavour to preserve the Earth for the well-being of current and future generations.
